Shred Truck Repair is currently looking for a diesel mechanic experienced in medium duty truck repairs and maintenance, preferably with the ASE Medium-Heavy Truck certification.

7. Able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
8. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, preferably Class A or B
9. Welding experience and ASE Medium-Heavy Truck certification strongly preferred
Position: Medium Duty Truck Diesel Mechanic
Hours: Full-time (work week 40 hours) | Monday-Friday | 7a - 4p
Starting Pay: $31.00-$33.00 per Hour w/Merit Review in 60 Days

Description: You are responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in diesel engines, utilizing diagnostic tools, conducting inspections, and completing preventive maintenance services, ensuring all your work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with team members to find the best solutions for our customers. You are responsible for documenting your work and completing service tickets thoroughly and in a timely manner. You must maintain a clean and safe work area at all times. You are expected to stay up-to-date on advancements in the diesel mechanic trade.
